Orders for available items are sent to the 24 or 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays, once your order has been shipped, will send you a confirmation by email which includes the number of guide.

Returns, refunds, changes are not accepted unless it is a mistake by Laura Tevez Summer Style.

Returns Guide: All sales are final. Due to the store policies and health code regulations, lauratevez.com does not accept changes or returns on underwear or bathing suits. The Returns or exchanges due to a lauratevez.com error will be treated on a basis case-by-case basis. Please send an email toventas@lauratevez.com. If approved, we will provide a #nar (return authorization number) and instructions on how to send the item. A #nar is required. Lauratevez.com refers to the right to refuse any item for a refund, return or Exchange that does not follow policy or guidelines for Returns or any other reason considered to be unacceptable.
